  • For event bookings please contact us by clicking the button above and letting us know the following information:

    • Approximate number of people

    • Tentative dates

    • Interest in catering services (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

    • Interest in renting cabins with your event

    Our pricing is based on the above information. We’d be happy to give you an estimate once we have a better idea of what your event will look like.

  • We offer a variety of meal options from three course meals to snacks to home style cooking. If you’re looking to add a catering component to your event package please email us with what you’re looking for; snacks, breakfast, lunch and/or dinner and how many meals for how many days. We’ll help you narrow down what your meal plan will look like.

  • Absolutely! You’re welcome to come out and see the space. Please contact us and we’ll set up a time that works for both of us and we’ll give you a tour.

  • We offer a variety of table and chair options for your needs. We’d be happy to help you set up for your event needs. Once the event is over we ask that you clear out all of your personal belongings and we’ll do the take down of the chairs and tables.

  • We do ask that you provide insurance in the following circumstances :

    • you have an outside caterer using the kitchen

    • you are renting the venue hall

    • event insurance with a liquor rider if alcohol is being served

  • We allow smoking in designated areas outside of the building. We ask that you please put your cigarette butts in the metal butt cans located around the outside of the venue.

  • Please see our terms and conditions at the bottom of our web page for information on cancellations and modifications.

  • Venue access will vary depending on the type of event you’d like us to host. We are open to discussing the best option for you and your event. We ask that you have all your items removed from the space by the end of your venue access time.

  • During your booking you will have access to indoor bathrooms, wi-fi, the hall with a 130 person capacity and a bar area (available upon request for events with alcohol).
